Role Description
The Business Analyst – CEO’s Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working closely with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data, preparing executive reports and dashboards, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Daily responsibilities include refining business processes, capturing business requirements from various stakeholders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The Technical Assistant shall have knowledge of AI tools ·and shall assist in preparing RFQs/RFPs, proposals, business presentations, reports and management MIS.
This role requires a high level of ownership, communication skills ,discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Business Analysis to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Ability to understand and document Business Processes and define clear, structured Business Requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, report writing, and executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency with data analysis and comfort working with large datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience working with senior leadership or in a CEO’s office, strategy, consulting, or PMO environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with media, technology, or energy sectors
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,533,689.71 per month
