We are looking for a research-oriented psychologist who can bridge psychology, AI, and product development. The role involves creating evidence-based frameworks, designing AI-driven psychological experiences, and ensuring that our solutions are effective, ethical, and scalable.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, Applied, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of evidence-based psychological approaches such as CBT, ACT, behavior modification, and developmental psychology.
- 0-1 year of experience in therapy, coaching, psychological research, or related areas.
- Ability to convert psychological concepts into structured frameworks and practical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Design: Build structured, evidence-based intervention pathways for key user concerns.
- AI Development: Translate psychological models into AI conversation flows and decision logic.
- AI Evaluations: Design and validate AI evaluation systems for psychological use cases.
- Research & Validation: Continuously refine methods using research, user data, and outcome tracking.
- User Insights: Identify patterns and root causes from client interactions to improve solutions.
- Mentor Enablement: Create clear tools and guides to ensure consistent mentor delivery.
- Product Collaboration: Work with product teams to design effective and engaging user journeys.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
- Ability to design structured psychological frameworks and assessments.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills(english).
- Interest in AI applications within mental health and wellbeing.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in digital mental health products or behavioral science research.
- Exposure to conversational AI, prompt design, or evaluation frameworks.
- Experience developing assessments, intervention programs, or therapeutic content.
- Experience in Research on Mental Health and AI intersection
