Eightbit Solutions Private Limited is expanding its waste procurement network and is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Purchase Officer to join our team in Ayodhya.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Marriage Halls, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, Food Courts and other food establishments as waste suppliers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate procurement agreements and ensure supplier compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate timely collection of waste.
- Ensure accurate quantity verification and payment at the time of procurement.
- Maintain daily procurement records and submit reports.
- Achieve monthly procurement targets and expand the supplier network.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for smooth pickups.
- Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent supplier satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in procurement, field sales, business development, supply chain or vendor management will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Familiarity with Ayodhya and nearby areas is preferred.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, Google Maps and WhatsApp.
