We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Manager to join our team at iStore Digital. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
Support in achieving monthly sales goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
