The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in creating engaging content, designing social media creatives, and building online brand presence. If you enjoy researching trends, writing creative content, and working with influencers, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content ideas and write scripts for Instagram Reels.
- Design banners, posts, and marketing creatives using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan, schedule, and update the social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content in English, Hindi, or Hinglish.
- Research social media trends, competitor strategies, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Assist in planning festive campaigns, promotional activities, and brand marketing.
- Perform basic photo and video editing for social media content.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and audience interaction.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
- Creative content writing skills in Hindi, Hinglish, and English.
- Reel script writing and content research abilities.
- Basic graphic design and editing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, branding, and content creation.
- Prior internship, freelance work, or personal projects in social media are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹4,999.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
