Core Responsibilities Operational Efficiency: Identifying, implementing, and monitoring process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, as well as managing performance, schedules, and employee engagement. Financial Management: Overseeing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial data to meet targets. Process Improvement: Developing and implementing streamlined workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and automated solutions. Quality & Compliance: Ensuring high-quality products/services, upholding safety standards, and ensuring company compliance with relevant regulations. Resource & Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory, procurement, and logistics to meet customer demand and improve project ROI.
