Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, manage branch sales performance, develop marketing strategies, and handle team operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving branch performance, and driving overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue.
- Drive sales growth across all branches.
- Monitor and manage branch-wise sales performance and profitability.
- Travel to different branches to review operations and boost performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Set targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably healthcare/wellness industry).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling multiple branches or locations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to branches as required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
