Job Description
CRIB FACTORY Interiors & Furniture is looking for a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and furniture installation projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and project execution
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other contractors
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of work
- Manage site materials and report requirements to the office
- Read and understand drawings and site instructions
- Conduct site measurements and progress reporting
- Coordinate with clients and project team members
- Ensure proper safety practices at the worksite
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- Ability to read drawings is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Salary
₹11,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
