Core Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: Design and execute innovative, authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean menus, ensuring a high standard of flavor, texture, and artistic presentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen staff in traditional Middle Eastern cooking techniques, recipes, and hygienic standards.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee procurement, manage ingredient stock levels, and closely monitor food costs, portion control, and waste reduction.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols (e.g., HACCP), ensuring workspace cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Menu Engineering: Collaborate with restaurant management to curate seasonal menus, tasting events, and food and beverage pairings.
