Communication Skills
Communicate clearly with doctors, therapists, beneficiaries, caregivers, NGOs, and other
partners.
Handle enquiries politely and provide correct information.
Act as the main contact person for all stakeholders.
Must know Kannada and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Administrative Experience
Experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation centre is preferrable
Good understanding of office work, coordination, and daily operations.
OPD & Appointment Management
Plan and manage OPD schedules for therapists.
Book, reschedule, and track appointments.
Maintain daily OPD registers and ensure smooth patient flow.
Basic knowledge of hospital management systems is preferred.
Finance & Billing
Support bill preparation and ensure timely submission.
Track OPD payments, pending bills, and vendor invoices.
Maintain records for donor fund utilisation (RoW and Rehab).
Use Tally for uploading payment vouchers.
Reporting Skills
Prepare daily reports (OPD attendance and appointments).
Prepare weekly reports (caseload and therapy sessions).
Prepare monthly reports (beneficiaries, programme performance, income and
expenses).
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Presentation & Review Support
Prepare data and documents for monthly review meetings.
Support team with reports and presentations.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain complete and updated beneficiary records.
Store forms, assessments, therapy notes, and follow-ups properly.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Networking & Collaboration
Build relationships with NGOs, hospitals, schools, and community workers.
Coordinate for referrals, follow-ups, camps, and joint programmes.
Support new partnerships to improve outreach and services.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal and external teams.
