Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain intelligent conversational applications using AI, NLP, LLMs, and chatbot technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and experience building AI-powered chatbots for websites, mobile applications, and business platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for customer support, sales, HR, and other business use cases.
- Develop conversational workflows, intents, entities, fallback mechanisms, and context handling.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI/GPT into chatbot applications.
- Implement NLP, NLU, prompt engineering, and RAG solutions.
- Integrate chatbots with REST APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop chatbot backend services using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for knowledge-based chatbot applications.
- Test, debug, and optimize chatbot responses for accuracy and performance.
- Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve conversation quality.
- Deploy and maintain chatbot applications on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Ensure security, authentication, data privacy, and proper handling of user information.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, product managers, and business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, GPT/LLMs, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG.
- Experience with chatbot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and API integration.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing WhatsApp, website, or mobile app chatbots.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Experience with multilingual chatbots.
- Knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
- Experience integrating chatbots with CRM, ERP, or helpdesk systems.
- Understanding of chatbot analytics, evaluation, and monitoring.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred.
