Role Details
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Employment
Compensation: Rs. 3,11,640 Annual CTC (Rs. 25,000 Gross per Month)

Key Responsibilities
- Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties.
- Observe and document every detail of a property's theme, guest experience, interiors, decor, amenities, and operations.
- Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation based on field observations.
- Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans required to execute different themes.
- Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance research efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for years of experience; we're looking for the right mindset. The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Good internet research abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare organized reports and documentation.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India and work from our Hyderabad office.
Basic Knowledge Expected
Professional experience is not mandatory. However, candidates should have a basic understanding of:
- Internet and market research.
- Google Search and information gathering.
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Preparing simple reports, presentations, or documentation.
Eligibility
Candidates from any educational background with strong research and analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications include BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, Hospitality, Management, Economics, Engineering, and MBA (Freshers).
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
