Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The role involves lead engagement, client consultation, relationship building, and closing sales for various insurance products in a work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients from company-provided leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email. - Consult and educate customers on Health, Life, Motor, and Term Insurance products as per their needs. - Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through effective communication. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals. - Conduct need-based analysis and recommend the most suitable insurance solutions. - Maintain and update client database, call records, and sales pipeline in CRM. - Achieve business targets and contribute to overall sales growth. - Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and strict data confidentiality. - Collaborate with internal teams for policy issuance and after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: 0-3 years in Business Development, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Client Servicing. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills in Hindi and English. - Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset. - Basic computer proficiency - MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM handling. - Must have own Laptop/Desktop, Smartphone, and high-speed internet. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined to work remotely. - Ability to handle objections and close sales professionally.
