Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube while maintaining strong ROAS and lead/sales performance. The ideal candidate should have deep platform knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Display & Remarketing Campaigns
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on:
- Lead Generation
- eCommerce Sales
- Brand Awareness
- App Installs (if applicable)
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- CAC
- Handle complete funnel setup including:
- Audience Research
- Campaign Structure
- Retargeting
- Scaling Strategies
- Solve account-related issues such as:
- Ad disapprovals
- Low ROAS
- Pixel tracking issues
- Conversion tracking problems
- Learning phase issues
- Sudden drop in performance
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- GA4
- Conversion APIs
- Event Tracking
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for:
- Ad Creatives
- Hooks
- Copywriting angles
- Landing page optimization suggestions
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager

- Understanding of:

- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and landing page tools is a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce and lead generation brands.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
- Experience handling monthly ad spends of ₹2L–₹20L+.
- Prior agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of creatives that convert in performance marketing.
