- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiar with basic HR software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and employees.
- Professional Traits: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of relevant labor laws and general HR practices
- Recruitment Support:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Screening resumes and application forms against job requirements.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Posting, updating, and removing job advertisements on various platforms.
- Onboarding & Documentation:
- Assisting with new hire orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Updating and maintaining employee records in internal databases and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Conducting background checks and verifying educational qualifications.
- Administrative & Operational Tasks:
- Gathering payroll data such as working hours, leaves, and bank details.
- Drafting HR-related documents, including offer letters, rejection emails, and memos.
- Responding to basic employee queries regarding company policies and benefits.
- Organizing company events, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
