Responsible & accountable for timely construction and execution of all Spinning Instrumentation as per the schedule and intimate the potential risks.
Responsible for Field Instrumentation review and coordination with the vendor and the engineering contractor.
Responsible for material management for Spinning section (material requisition, tracking purchase orders, inspection and approvals, approve goods receipt at stores etc)
Responsible for cultivate ownership concept & safe working culture to achieve unit goal of safety statistics.
To ensure the correct data made available to the planning team in terms of progress updates, schedule and risk.
To facilitate the contractor progress.
Main Challenges with us are:
1. Implement Automation and Packaged system Instrumentation.
2. Baler – Auto Bale Packing system implementation.
3. Implementation of new project concept of new process.
4. PA and Fire Alarm system field work – Installation and Commissioning.

Look ahead and daily planning for execution of the project as per the master schedule.
Contract manpower planning to have the right person at the right place at right time.

Engineering coordination between the engineering contractor and the suppliers
Coordination between the engineering contractor and the suppliers , for resolution of engineering issues and necessary approvals

Material management
To assist to check the BOQ generated by the Detail engineering contractor, so that nothing is missed out.
To generate the purchase requisitions, follow up for ordering right from purchase requisitions to receipt at stores.
Help to approval of QAP and release the inspection release note.
Issue materials from stores and to keep a track of the materials used.

Safety & Statutory compliance :
To plan the various safety initiates to create safe working condition & also meet the statutory compliances.
Help to Implement of HSE procedures and systems.
Help Identify any unsafe condition and unsafe action in area and correct the same.
Do Safety Observations as per the schedule. To ensure maximum participation in safety training organized by Safety/HR dept. whether it is on the job or class room.
Responsibility to report incident and initiate investigation of accidents/incidents and near misses in department.
