Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks, and a proven track record of designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. They will be responsible for automating software testing processes to improve the quality and efficiency of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using various methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, Parasoft, and Sauce Labs.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure that automated tests align with business objectives.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify and report software defects.
- Continuously improve and optimize automated test suites to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
- In-depth knowledge of various test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Selenium, TestNG, Parasoft, and Sauce Labs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
