Student Counsellor

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
Salary
- Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹29,000 per month (Salary + Performance Incentives)
- Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹39,000 per month (Salary + Performance Incentives)
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, placement assistance, and career prospects.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- plus two or above
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, customer service, or admissions is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
