Chennai 1+ Year Full-time End-User IT Support & Incident Resolution, Windows Systems, Peripherals & Patch Management OPT0259
- Provide first-level hardware and software support in a 24×7 rotating shift environment including night shift.
- Handle user incidents and service requests, following defined escalation procedures.
- Install and configure hardware and computer peripherals on end-user systems.
- Deliver IT support for desktops, laptops, and related devices.
- Perform weekly and monthly patching activities and coordinate with end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, M365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VDI, and VPN issues.
- Support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and POS systems.
- Work closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain service continuity.
- Diploma / ITE in Hardware or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
- Basic networking knowledge (Routing & Switching).
- Familiarity with SCCM (good to have).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (good to have).
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Ability to work in rotating 24×7 shifts.
- Minimum 1+ year of technical support or deskside engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft tools.
- Experience providing on-site or deskside IT support.
- Exposure to patch management processes.
