Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting software problems, and providing solutions that enhance system performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in establish & monitor governance processes across multiple Oracle Fusion Sales Incentive Compensation (OFIC) instances.
- Expertise in Incentive capabilities of Incentive Compensation– Compensation Plan, Payments Life cycle, integrations and data model extensions.

- Good to have experience with other oracle cloud integrated applications like Sales cloud and B2B service cloud.
Experience in understanding continuous integration and development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- This position is based in Mumbai.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
