Job Summary
The BlueArmour is looking for a Supply Chain Associate – Electronics Components to support the procurement, planning, inventory management, and movement of electronic components and materials. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of supply chain operations, vendor coordination, inventory control, and basic ERP systems.
This role will involve close coordination with suppliers, warehouse, procurement, production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure the timely availability and movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the procurement and availability of electronic components and materials.
Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material availability.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inbound and outbound material movement.
Track material deliveries and ensure timely receipt of components.
Assist in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, material records, inventory reports, and related documentation.
Monitor pending purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
Support material planning and replenishment activities based on business requirements.
Identify discrepancies in quantity, specifications, or delivery and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems/Excel.
Prepare regular reports related to inventory, procurement, pending orders, and material movement.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and supply chain processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, or materials management.
Experience handling electronic components or manufacturing materials will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
Good vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
