- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct preliminary phone or video screenings.

4. Coordinating Interviews
- Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth interview experience for both parties.
5. Conducting Interviews
- Perform HR rounds to evaluate culture fit, communication skills, and salary expectations.
6. Managing the Hiring Process
- Track candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment reports.
7. Background Verification
- Coordinate reference checks and background verification processes.
8. Offer Management
- Prepare and extend job offers.
- Negotiate compensation when required.
- Ensure candidates understand the terms of employment.
9. Onboarding Support
- Assist in onboarding tasks like documentation, orientation, and welcome kits.
10. Employer Branding
- Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract talent.
- Manage social media hiring campaigns and career page updates.
11. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits.
12. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track metrics like time-to-fill, cost-to-hire, candidate quality, etc.
- Provide recruitment insights to management.
13. Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain positive communication with candidates.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
