Job Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to handle end-to-end corporate (B2B) sales from our office location. The role involves lead handling, client communication, product/service presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. This position is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of sales experience who want to build a career in corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify business leads for corporate clients
- Communicate with decision-makers to understand requirements
- Present and explain products/services through calls and online meetings
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM or internal reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in inside sales, corporate sales, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Target-oriented approach with interest in B2B sales
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and customer handling
