The Role:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with dentists and dental professionals, promoting PORClean’s products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, product knowledge, and consistent territory management to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship & Business Development
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with dentists and dental professionals.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Represent PORClean India in a professional and customer-focused manner.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up promptly on all leads and convert them into active clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Product Demonstrations & Training
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for dentists.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Provide basic training on product usage and benefits to enhance customer confidence.
4. Sales Operations & Record Management
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM/sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
5. Territory & Market Management
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory to visit clients and prospects.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market insights.
6. Customer Engagement & Support
- Educate dentists on the benefits and applications of PORClean products in their practice.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication to strengthen client loyalty.
Required qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (experience in the dental/medical/pharma industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
