The Café & Experience Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Kerala, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing the day-to-day operations of The Corsa's café and front-of-house. This role combines the preparation and service of ready-to-eat food and beverages, customer service, café operations, and lounge support to ensure every visitor enjoys a welcoming, seamless, and memorable experience. The role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining high café standards, assisting guests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout their visit.
On a day-to-day basis, the Café & Experience Associate prepares and serves the café menu, maintains high standards of hygiene and presentation, and manages stock levels for café items. The role welcomes guests, assists with bookings and check-ins, explains simulator sessions, memberships, and menu options, and processes customer payments during busy periods.
In addition, the Café & Experience Associate helps maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café and lounge, supports the Lounge Manager during peak hours and events, and contributes to creating a friendly, vibrant atmosphere that reflects The Corsa's premium hospitality standards. Training on simulator basics and lounge operations will be provided.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
