Job Description
We are hiring Team Leads – Operations for an International Banking Process in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team in an international banking operations process.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of process SLAs and KPIs.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer/process-related issues.
- Drive team productivity, quality, and performance improvement.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Financial Crime – Chargeback & Dispute.
- International process experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 1.5 years of on-paper Team Lead experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team handling and people management skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in Graveyard Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 20 days preferred.
