Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and manufacturing roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in a consultancy setup.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar hiring and manufacturing recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in job portals and MS Office.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
