Customer Support Executive
Location: Gurgaon
- Engage with customers through email and calls, who need Forex products. Details of those prospective customers would be provided. One just has to connect & take it ahead.
- Understanding the requirement & acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions.
- Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors/Branches or partnering banks.
- Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with BookMyForex just delighted by our services. And if you are with us, your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them.
- A graduate preferably with 1-4 years of experience in customer support (financial/ e-commerce domains will be preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated
- Disciplined, enthusiastic, and intent focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
- Candidate preferred from Gurgaon or ready to relocate
- Conveyance Allowance to the employees traveling outside Gurgaon
- Office Timings: Rotational shifts: 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM/ 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM
- Fixed Sundays off, 1 Saturday off every month, Saturday working hours 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
