Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, customer requirements, and demand trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and effective after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Team and Supply Chain for order planning and execution.
- Manage customer master data, order processing, and sales transactions through the ERP system.
- Track dealer incentive schemes and ensure accurate record maintenance.
- Handle new customer enquiries and support customer onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales field.
- Strong sales coordination and account management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and database management.
- Excellent customer handling, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of battery products, including Automotive Batteries, Tubular Batteries, Inverter Batteries, and VRLA Batteries.
- Strong understanding of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
