Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and meeting performance targets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a commitment to creating a productive, positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead team members during the assigned shift
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
Monitor inventory and stock levels; assist with ordering and receiving supplies
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Open and/or close the facility, including cash handling and reconciling registers
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
Report shift activities and incidents to senior management
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (1-2 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in basic computer systems and POS software
