Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact prospective customers to pitch offerings and respond to incoming customer queries.
- Lead Nurturing: Qualify prospects, schedule follow-ups, and pass high-potential leads to the senior sales team.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer details, feedback, and interaction history in company CRM systems.
- Query Resolution: Address complaints and provide accurate information regarding company policies, pricing, and product features.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales quotas.
Requirements & Skills
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and/or regional languages (such as Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil for local markets).
- Persuasion & Resilience: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle rejection professionally and work under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and automatic dialing systems.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
