About the Role
Applogic Consulting is looking to collaborate with an experienced ServiceNow professional who can support candidates through personalized interview. This role is best suited for someone who has hands-on industry experience and understands how ServiceNow interviews are conducted in real time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one interview preparation based on each candidate’s background and target roles
- Conduct mock interviews and technical discussions that reflect real interview scenarios
- Offer real-time interview guidance, helping candidates respond effectively to both technical and functional questions
- Help candidates strengthen their grasp of core ServiceNow concepts, workflows, and real-world use cases
- Share practical insights into interviewer expectations, evaluation patterns, and common mistakes
- Support candidates throughout their interview journey, with a focus on successful outcomes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and/or administration
- Practical exposure to ITSM, HRSD, workflows, Service Catalog, integrations, and platform configuration
- Clear understanding of ServiceNow interview patterns for mid-level and senior roles
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and support candidates under interview pressure
- Prior experience in interview mentoring or candidate coaching is a strong plus
Experience
- 6–8+ years of relevant industry experience in ServiceNow roles
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise ServiceNow implementations
Compensation
- Engagement is per candidate, with payment linked to successful placement
- Payments and applicable deductions will be handled as per company policy and statutory requirements
