Urgently seeking a Python Developer to design, develop, and support data, reporting, and business intelligence solutions across the organization. The role involves working with internal stakeholders, enhancing existing platforms, building automation tools, and contributing to the growth of the development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python, SQL, and data modeling.
- Support and enhance existing platforms including: Reconciliation Solution, XTP Clearing Platform (iDash, DTS, ARC), XTP JANUS Risk Platform, ServiceNow, In-House Reporting Platform
- Support reporting, analytics, K-DTF calculations, ASIC industry funding, and regulatory/client reporting requirements.
- Build automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate on code reviews, releases, and CI/CD processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, Data Modeling, and Database Design.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, SQLAlchemy.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and MSSQL.
- Good understanding of Git, GitLab, CI/CD Pipelines, and Release Management.
- Experience building and consuming APIs (REST/SOAP).
Preferred Skills
- Docker and containerization technologies.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, VMware, Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Knowledge of XML, FIX, FIXML.
- Experience in Financial Markets / Exchange Traded Derivatives.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
