As an experienced Solution Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting Saviynt operations, service delivery, and IAM platform stability.
- Oversee day-to-day Saviynt operational activities, including incident management, root cause analysis, periodic access certifications, and compliance reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate service delivery activities to support operational standards and service level agreement performance.
- Manage and optimize platform operations by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support minor enhancements and focused implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, design validation, testing, and technical issue resolution.
- Lead client interactions for operational reviews, service reporting, support issue management, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience, including 3+ years supporting Saviynt platforms in an operational or managed services environment
- Experience managing Saviynt operational processes, including incident resolution, periodic access reviews, and compliance reporting
- Experience leading support teams, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating Saviynt service delivery activities
- Experience supporting Saviynt enhancement or implementation activities, including requirements gathering, design validation, and testing
- Experience with service level agreement reporting, process documentation, and information technology service management practices
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Saviynt and using Java or PowerShell in support activities
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience with other identity and access management solutions used in managed services
- Experience with automation, orchestration, or operational optimization in Saviynt or other identity and access management platforms
- Experience supporting process improvement or internal training initiatives
- Saviynt specialist certification or Information Technology Infrastructure Library Intermediate certification
