Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities for Transformer and Electrical Panel products. The role involves coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, managing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities for Transformers, LT Panels, HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC Panels, and related electrical products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tenders, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, product specifications, and order status.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, MIS reports, and presentations.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing/sales coordination, preferably in the Transformer & Electrical Panel industry.
- Knowledge of electrical products, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
