About the Role : Sales co-ordinator
We are looking for :
an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support The House of Cosmos' real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative and coordination tasks that enable the sales team to focus on closing deals — handling client documentation, scheduling site visits, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, and internal sales teams.
Key responsibilities :
Coordinate and schedule property site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain and update the CRM/database with lead information, client interactions, and deal status
co-ordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure timely processing of bookings and paperwork
Track sales targets, prepare periodic sales reports
Requirement :
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in real estate
multitasking skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
communication skills
Knowledge of real estate documentation (sale agreements, RERA compliance) is a plus
