Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role at Mathra Marketing. As a Creative motion/graphic designer you will be responsible for motion design, video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and creating engaging visual content for our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life. This role is located in Chennai, but we offer flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Graphic Design
- Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Graphics skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in marketing or advertising is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion design, or related field
Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative motion designs that align with client objectives and storytelling initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Create engaging animations, motion graphics, and video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our creative output.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a motion designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative prowess.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
