We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible Business Growth & Operations Manager to manage and scale multiple business operations including our cafe, cricket turf, and pickleball facility.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in digital marketing, business development, customer acquisition, team management, and daily operations. This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive growth, generate sales, and help expand the business through strategic planning and execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
