Skills Required:

Strong Project Management experience managing enterprise-scale engagements

Prior experience handling SAP / Enterprise Application projects is preferred

Experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating with onsite/client stakeholders

Strong governance, tracking, RAID management, and stakeholder communication skills

Ability to independently drive execution, escalations, and delivery coordination

Experience managing cross-functional teams including testing, automation, integration, and business teams

Good exposure to client-facing discussions, requirement coordination, and status governance

Strong communication and leadership capabilities are mandatory

Experience in Life Sciences / regulated environments will be an added advantage

Exposure to TOSCA automation, SAP transformation, testing governance, or enterprise QA programs is preferred
