Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong ERP consulting expertise to join our Nagpur office. The ideal candidate should have excellent functional knowledge of ERP systems, strong business process understanding, and outstanding communication skills.
Candidates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience are highly preferred; however, professionals with experience in SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Odoo, Sage, Infor, Epicor, or other ERP platforms are also encouraged to apply.
A CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Conduct requirement workshops and business process mapping.
- Design functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure ERP modules and support implementation projects.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents, and user documentation.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams during development and customization.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Communicate effectively with UK-based clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in solution demonstrations and pre-sales activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA qualification preferred, or equivalent strong finance/accounting domain expertise.
- 6–12+ years of ERP Functional or Techno-Functional consulting experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in other ERP platforms are also welcome.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, or Distribution processes.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP implementation and migration projects.
- Knowledge of SQL, integrations, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
