Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to analyze complex system issues and develop strategic resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Experience in managing and optimizing Splunk environments for performance and scalability.
- Strong understanding of log management, data ingestion, and search optimization within Splunk.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data indexing, alerting, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline monitoring and reporting tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
