Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing eBay product listings, WordPress/WooCommerce product data, and marketplace integrations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, managing inventory, optimizing listings, and ensuring seamless synchronization between WooCommerce and eBay using automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on eBay.
- Manage products, categories, pricing, and inventory in WordPress (WooCommerce).
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot product synchronization between WooCommerce and eBay using integration tools.
- Perform bulk product uploads, imports, exports, and updates using CSV files and marketplace tools.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory remain accurate across all platforms.
- Optimize eBay listings using SEO best practices to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor listing health and resolve synchronization or product feed issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high-quality product data.
- Stay up to date with eBay marketplace policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing eBay marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of eBay Seller Hub and marketplace operations.
- Experience with WooCommerce product management and inventory updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (CSV handling, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eBay Connector, WP-Lister for eBay, CedCommerce eBay Integration, Codisto (formerly ChannelAdvisor), or similar integration tools for synchronizing products between WooCommerce and eBay.
- Knowledge of connectors and middleware that integrate eCommerce platforms with BigCommerce is a plus.
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce SEO and product optimization.
