ROLE — Business Development (Lead Generation) Intern
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Stipend: ₹ 5,000 to 10,000 per month
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Eligibility: Prefer someone with BTech, BSC, BCA etc. with exposure to software sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
2. Craft short, sharp outreach angles tailored to each lead
3. Support lead generation, qualification, and overall pipeline management
4. Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective clients during initial sales cycle
6. Research target companies (e.g., ecommerce, SaaS, digital agencies) for potential opportunities
7. Identify specific operational or platform-related issues based on defined patterns
8. Maintain and regularly update the lead pipeline in Google Sheets, CRM
9. Track responses, follow-ups, and meeting statuses to ensure timely actions
Daily Output Expectations:
1. Research 15–20 target companies daily to identify relevant opportunities
2. Generate at least 5 high-quality, clearly qualified leads
3. Develop 5 personalized outreach angles tailored to each prospect
4. Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline/CRM records
Who We Are Looking For:
1. Comfortable using Sales Navigator, LinkedIn filters, and search tools
2. Strong internet research skills
3. Ability to quickly understand businesses (not just copy descriptions)
4. Attention to detail and structured thinking
5. Independent Workers: Since this is a Remote role, you must be self-motivated and disciplined enough to hit your daily targets from home.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
