Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Ensure paint quality and minimise defects.
- Control paint consumption and production costs.
- Manage manpower, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure machine availability with the maintenance team.
- Maintain safety, 5S, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Stores, and Assembly.
- Prepare daily production and MIS reports.
Requirements
- Graduate
- 6-7 years of experience in an automotive paint shop.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,543.29 - ₹45,758.55 per month
Work Location: In person
