Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day IT operations across the campus.
- Maintain and monitor campus network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of computer laboratories and smart classrooms.
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer and support Educational ERP, Learning Management Systems (LMS), online examination systems, and student information systems.
- Manage user accounts, email services, and access permissions for staff and students.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and other campus security technologies.
- Ensure implementation of data backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus protection, firewall configurations, and data security protocols.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, servicing, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all IT infrastructure.
- Supervise and guide IT support staff and assign daily tasks.
- Conduct orientation and training sessions for faculty and staff on institutional software and digital tools.
- Provide technical support during admissions, examinations, accreditation visits, seminars, and institutional events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
