ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Customer Service. They will oversee US based customers in shipping and logistics/freight forwarding fields, develop business strategies, and cultivate client relationships across multiple regions through mails and calls. Responsibilities managing key accounts, leading a team of representatives, creating business plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Customer Service.
- Having knowledge of shipping and logistics field to handle Sea/Air shipments very well.
- Strong skills in Customer Management, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
