To act as a point of contact for leveraging the online reputation of Shah Virchand Govanji Jewellers PVT. LTD. and to support various objectives for reputation, branding, and audience engagement.
- Facilitate response management by communicating with the target audience across all digital platforms.

Leverage strength points and tap the target audience by developing insights through analysis of users’ comments.

Act as an escalation point for customer servicing and share the real-time comments with the corporate digital team.

Assist in making the customer experience better by performing benchmarking of the brand against competitors.

Understand, analyze, measure, and report the status of brand health and brand sentiment to the Senior Management.

Prepare reports on the brand’s performance and customer perception.
