We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer cum Draftsman - CIVIL to support our design and construction team with accurate technical drawings and project documentation for the PARUDEESA LIVING project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawing as well as working drawings for project.
- Integrate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
- Identify and resolve drawing conflicts before site execution.
- Liaise with consultants and site team for clarifications.
- Maintain centralized repository of all drawings and documents.
- Maintain digital backups and organized folder structure.
- Prepare and maintain Master Drawing Register (MDR).
- Track: Drawing numbers and revisions & Issue dates and status (Approval / Construction / As-built).
- Ensure only latest revisions are issued and used at site & clearly mark and archive superseded drawings.
- Issue drawings with proper transmittals and records & Maintain revision logs and history.
- Coordinate with site engineers to ensure correct drawings are in use.
- Periodically verify drawings available at site.
- Remove outdated drawings from circulation.
- Update drawings based on site execution and approved deviations.
- Maintain accurate as-built documentation for project handover.
- Maintain Labour and Material status at Site.
- Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings.
- Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each work.
- Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary and monthly status report.
- Report to Senior Project Engineer and update project activities in daily basis.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)
- Good understanding of Construction drawings and detailing & Structural and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret consultant drawings independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office.
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Residential villa projects & Multi-storey apartment construction
- Prior involvement in large-scale or multi-unit projects preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pariyaram, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
