We are looking for a Client Service Officer to support our UK real estate clients by delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Escalate issues proactively with recommended solutions.
Customer Support
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM.
- Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain excellent response and resolution times.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
AI & Technology
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and client communication.
- Work confidently with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Ensure data accuracy and GDPR awareness when handling UK client data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini to improve productivity.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
