We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify, acquire, onboard, and manage local business partners. The selected candidate will generate new business opportunities, build long-term merchant relationships, and support merchants after onboarding. During the company's initial growth phase, every merchant acquired by the BDE will remain assigned to them for ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local business associations.
- Identify and acquire new merchant partners.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and services.
- Complete merchant onboarding and provide initial training.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned merchants.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve merchant engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support Executive to resolve merchant issues.
- Promote renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead and merchant records.
- Achieve business development and merchant engagement targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may be considered).
- 1–3 years of field sales or business development experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, QR/POS solutions, fintech, telecom, food delivery, SaaS, or local advertising is preferred.
- Good communication in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
